Saying goodbye is always so bittersweet, isn’t it? Like when your favorite TV show is cancelled after two short seasons, or at the end of a long telephone chat with a friend. Oh, or when you polish off that last bite of warm chocolate cake. It’s hard to say goodbye to a good thing!
Every February, we all have to say goodbye to something each of us holds dear. No, I’m not talking about our New Year’s resolutions—to those I happily say good riddance! But we must sadly bid adieu to festive holiday snowmen and pleasantly pot-bellied décor. To warm Honey Pear Cider, to ring-a-linging Silver Bells, to cozy, comforting Embers—even to Comfort & Joy.
Goodbye to Flutter. Goodbye to Paws. Goodbye to gobs of wonderful, sentimental Scentsy product. Yes, these items are being discontinued, along with several other seasonal warmers, scents—even Scentsy Buddies! But Scentsy wouldn’t dare take something away without offering something new, and something totally spot on for spring and summer.
February is our transition month this season, a time to stockpile on the items that will no longer be available come March 1. But it’s also time to flip through the fresh, glossy pages of something we’ve all been waiting for: Scentsy’s Spring/Summer 2012 Catalog.
But where could we possibly do both: hoard all of the fragrances and warmers we know we can’t live without AND explore all of the new Scentsy possibilities for the season? If you’re a Scentsy lover, why not host a “Last Chance, First Glance” party with your Consultant?
Last chance to shop the Fall/Winter 2011 Catalog. First glance at the bright new products in the Spring/Summer 2012 Catalog. Place orders for both. Sounds pretty great, doesn’t it?
So when you’re finished saying goodbye, say hello to wonderful new warmers like Armerina, Daphne, and Lacewing. Say hello to the fresh and fruity Spring & Summer Collection, full of new fragrances like Lonicera, Two Harbors, and Simply Strawberry. Say hello to Layers by Scentsy, a new line of personal and laundry care products.
Say hello until you’re out of breath! Then relax and enjoy your fragrant new selections and remember the scents you’ll always hold dear, whether they find their place into a future catalog or not—but here’s hoping they do!
