Who do I contact if I have a possible issue with my scentsy wall plug-in? it left scorch or burn marks or something on my walls and I'm pretty sure they aren't supposed to do that. I tried the main site for some sort of customer support, but maybe I missed it. So any help would be appreciated.

Nikki,

Your Scentsy consultant should be able to take care of it for you. If you can contact her, she may have an answer as to why it's doing that or get you a replacement if there is a defect. If you don't have a consultant you can use the consultant locator and find a consultant in your are that would be glad to help you.
