Yep... My Cherry Blossom warmer has a chipped and split lid. Only thing holding that together is the Honey & Oat wax that is solid inside it. Luckily, it wasn't warming when it broke! :-(

Just wish it didn't cost as much to ship as it will to replace it!

:( I had just recieved my prancer warmer and was opening it when the lid fell out of the packing and hit the floor breaking into a million pieces.

My daughter found out why we don't jump rope in the house. It wasn't just the lid the whole warmer!! :(

My son (6 years, not a baby) crawled under the table and somehow caught the cord and pulled the whole thing right off the table onto the floor where it smashed into many pieces. Hubby tried to glue it all back together but it looked horrible!

I keep a warmer on my bar... It's in the same direction that I throw my dogs toy. One day I threw it to high and it hit my warmer. Wax went all over the counter and the floor but I got lucky and only the dish broke. And I used my blow dryer to reheat the wax to clean it up. I learned where not to throw my dogs toys.

Easter morning my daughter was helping me sweep the floor. The broom was longer then her as she is only 4. My warmer was on the bar and the handle hit it and and the dish fell and broke. Wax went everywhere.had to use a butter knife to get the wax out of the cracks.unfortunately my warmer was discontinued so we couldnt find a dish to fit right. My scentsy consultant asked around and found someone who had it new in box.

I am a consultant. I just read that my scentsy customers can order replacement warmer trays. This is good, however, I cannot find where to order them....One of my customers needs the Celtic Knot warmer tray...
