One of my favorite topics to write about on this blog is “Behind the Scenes.” Why? Because I’m nosey! I like knowing insider information; I have been known to eavesdrop, to pry, and I’ve done my fair share of blog and Facebook “stalking.” So when I heard there was a way to peek into people’s houses, to see and even critique their stuff without having the cops called on you, I jumped at it!

Last weekend I toured the Boise Parade of Homes, a showcase of some of the best architects, builders, and designers in the area. The homes in the Parade are not ordinary homes; they are showcases, functional works of art—in other words, amazing. And what was even more amazing than how they looked? How they smelled! Look what I found in a few of the homes:

This tells me the best of the best in the home industry know a home without a Scentsy warmer is incomplete; fragrance makes a home feel welcoming and gives it personality.

TIP: If you’re selling your home (or know someone who is) try warming something inviting like Baked Apple Pie when potential buyers will be passing through. Consultants, put a stack of business cards by the warmer so customers will know how to get in touch with you.
