With Convention coming up in just over four weeks, I thought it might be fun to look back at the fragrances Consultants voted for during Convention 2011 and share what they selected to bring into the current fragrance product line.  Those who participated (and those who read this blog post) will remember that we had 28 fragrances available for sampling and each participant received an evaluation sheet to rank each scent.  We had more than 4,000 attendees go through the evaluation room last year and this year we’re hoping to see every person who attends Convention participate in this process.  This year’s Convention fragrance sampling room will be 300% larger and right on the main floor. There is a little less fuzz adorning upper lips around the Scentsy Family home office this month. That’s because Mustache May has come to a close, ever so sadly. In an act of unprecedented solidarity, a few of the gentlemen in the Marketing Communications department conspired to let their whiskers grow into thick, luxurious lip warmers for the month of May. As with any home office contest, some guiding principles had to be established. Here were the ground rules: 1.       Participants got a one-day run at the month; thus, they had to come into work on Monday, 4/30, with a clean-shaven face smoother than a baby’s bottom — no shaving sooner! 2.       The mustache must be obvious. This meant absolutely no growing of goatees, beards, soul patches, etc. This was Mustache May, after all — not Beardvember, Soul Patch September, or some other haphazard event which permits fur growth on other parts of the face. 3. &nbs ...
