2. SPONSOR: The sponsor of the Facebook Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is Scentsy, B.V., Prins Hendriklaan 26-11, Amsterdam, 1074 BD, Netherlands (“Scentsy”). By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply and abide with these rules and the decisions of Scentsy, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
3. TERM:The Giveaway begins 21st March 2025, at 9:00 am (GMT), and ends 25th March 2025, at 11:59 pm (GMT).
4. RULES BINDING UPON PARTICIPANTS. By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the rules of the Giveaway, as set forth herein.
5. RELEASE OF FACEBOOK. Facebook does not in any way endorse, sponsor, or administer the Giveaway, nor is it associated with the Giveaway in any way. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to release Facebook from any and all liability and damages that may stem from, or be associated with, the Giveaway in any way.
6. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom (not including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria and The Netherlands who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Residents of the Republic of Ireland must correctly answer a timed math question, without assistance from any machine or person, in order to win. Scentsy’s consultants may enter, but employees of Scentsy, including those of any of its parent or sister companies, members of employees’ immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents), and persons living in the same household as employees’ or employees’ immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Scentsy will determine the winner’s eligibility in Scentsy’s sole and absolute discretion.
7. HOW TO ENTER: First, a participant may enter by doing each of the following: Liking Scentsy Europe’s International Fragrance Day Giveaway post, liking or following Scentsy Europe’s Facebook account, and describing their favourite Scentsy fragrance using emojis in the comments. These steps must be completed by 11:59 pm (GMT) 25th March 2025. Second, and alternatively, a participant can send one email to [email protected], including the name, address, phone number, and a reference to the Giveaway above. The email must be received by Scentsy by 11:59 pm (GMT) 25st March 2025. Each person is only allowed one entry. Any attempt to use both types of entry will disqualify a participant.
8. INFRINGING SUBMISSIONS. Submissions that violate or infringe upon another person’s rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property, are not eligible. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to indemnify Scentsy, from any claims arising from the use of your entry, including but not limited to intellectual property infringement, infringement of right of publicity, or any other moral rights or rights of authorship your submission may infringe.
9. USE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED TO SCENTSY. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, by entering the Giveaway, you give Scentsy permission to message you on Facebook or by email to notify you of the Giveaway winner. Any and all submissions become the property of Scentsy. Scentsy reserves the right to edit and publish any grammatical or spelling errors in the entry. If you submit any creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, designs, original artwork or other information, you assign to Scentsy all of your rights in and to them without compensation or payment of any kind. Scentsy reserves the right to publish the names and full contact information of the winners to any governmental body, should it be requested to do so. In addition, entry into this Giveaway constitutes the winner’s grant of permission for Scentsy to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information statements, location (by county or province), and Giveaway submission for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or thereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. 10. WINNERS: One winner will be selected at random on 26th March 2025. The winner will be notified via Facebook private message or email by 26th March 2025. The Giveaway winner must submit their shipping address to Scentsy by 5th April 2025; failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of a winner’s prize. The Giveaway prize will be shipped no later than 21st April 2025. Scentsy will ship the prizes at no cost to the winners. 11.
