Scentsy products come from all over the world
While we proudly make many of our fragrance products in the USA, Scentsy wouldn’t be the same if it weren’t for our global network of manufactures, fragrance houses and artisans. Even the Scentsy Bars made in Meridian, Idaho, wouldn’t be possible without paraffin wax from Canada. These international relationships help Scentsy deliver high-quality home fragrance product but things can take a little longer to make it to our distribution centers — especially in the event of a global shipping crisis.
The global shipping crisis
From furniture to blockbuster movies, just about everything has been delayed these past few years. The global supply chain continues to struggle with overcrowded ports, shipping container shortages, understaffing and public health concerns. These bottlenecks have a ripple effect — prolonging both manufacturing processes and the time it takes finished goods to reach their destination.
Scentsy continues to adapt
Thanks to the collaborative efforts of our Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain teams, Scentsy has seen far fewer shipping disruptions than many larger companies.
