These are just of few of the words Scentsy’s Consultant Support team uses to describe Scentsy Consultants. And if they had to choose just one phrase to sum Consultants up: “They make us proud.”
Here to serve
The day begins bright and early on the Consultant Support floor — the first representatives typically arrive at 6 a.m. and continue to file in throughout the day, ready to answer questions, address concerns and help Scentsy Consultants be more productive and informed.
The department is made up of several teams, from Workforce Management Team, which forecasts inbound requests and makes sure there are enough representatives to address them, to the Fun Committee, which plans activities like the chili cookoff and celebrating National Donut day — and they never miss a chance to decorate the office for big holidays and events!
Consultant Support by the numbers
Each Scentsy Region has its own support team:
- 179 representatives in Meridian, Idaho, support North America,
- 21 representatives in Warsaw, Poland, support Europe and
- Another 10 representatives in Idaho are dedicated to Australia and New Zealand.
And, to support Consultant growth in Canada, a new team is taking office in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, in September!
Actually, since mid-May, Consultant Support has added 40 new team members — and counting — to support the increase in business that’s come with record-breaking Consultant activity in 2020, to the tune of 152% more inbound requests year over year.
“I am honored to be a part of this team and am very proud of the work they do,” said Alexa Jardine, Director of Consultant Support. “Since COVID hit, I have watched them step up to the tasks at hand with helpful, positive attitudes under very challenging circumstances.”
The team doesn’t just support the needs of Scentsy Consultants — these employees also support each other, offering shout-outs for outstanding performance, celebrating successes and stepping up when someone needs a helping hand.
“They are committed to supporting one another and our Consultants and truly want to help them succeed,” Alexa said. “They consistently radiate the Scentsy values in so many ways.”

I need to get in touch with someone! Someone is hacking into my dashboard & pay portal even changed my consultant ID. It has to be another consultant!! I tried calling 2 numbers, 1 disconnected & other was an insurance agency! I only have option of changing my password. My Id# has been changed. 0 reason anyone should know my ID in my opinion. Thankyou for your help! I had to remove my bankcard from my payportal just in case.
