We’ve got some mocktail mixology to go along with the tropical, dance party vibes. So put on your favorite song, pick a fragrance to warm, and give these summer beverage recipes a sip (or a gulp; we’re not judging)!
Tropical Cooldown

Ingredients
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. passion fruit juice
- 1 oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice
- ¼ oz. simple syrup
- ½ oz. ginger syrup
- 4 oz. club soda
- Crushed ice
Directions
Fill a tall glass with crushed ice. In a cocktail shaker, shake pineapple juice, passion fruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup and ginger syrup until mixed well. Pour into glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a lime twist.
(Splash in 1 fl. oz. of gin for a grownup treat.)
Bougie Boogie Cosmo

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar
- 1 lime wedge
- ice cubes
- 6 tablespoons raspberry puree (strained)
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Directions
Sprinkle sugar on saucer or small plate. Rub rim of chilled coupe glass with lime wedge and dip rim in sugar. In cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake raspberry puree, simple syrup and lime juice until mixed well. Pour into glass, straining out ice. Garnish with lime twist.
(Give your cosmo an adult kick with 2 fl. oz. vodka)
Majorly Mint Mojito

Ingredients
- 8 mint leaves (or to taste)
- 3 oz. lime juice
- 1.5 oz. sugar syrup
- crushed ice
- 2 oz. club soda
- extra mint leaves or lime wedges
Directions
In the bottom of a pint glass, lightly mash the mint leaves, lime juice and sugar syrup using a muddle stick or wooden pestle, being careful not to tear the leaves. Add ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with mint leaves or lime wedges.
(Add 1.5 oz. white rum per serving to max your mojito cocktail.)
Dang! That’s a lot of Lemon Drop

Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lemon drops candy
- 1 lemon
- 3 oz. lemonade concentrate
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 oz. lemon-lime soda
- 8 ice cubes
Directions
Crush lemon drop candies in food processor (or in a plastic bag with a rolling pin). Cut lemon and rub around the edges of two martini glasses, then dip the rims in the crushed candy. Mix lemonade concentrate, lemon juice, lemon-lime soda, and ice cubes in food processor or blender with the remaining lemon drops. Pour and serve.
(Liven up a lemon drop with 2 oz. vodka per serving for a delicious take on a classic cocktail.)
Dark Disco Daiquiri

Ingredients
- 1 oz. blood orange juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 4 oz. lemon-lime soda
- ice cubes
Directions
In a food processor or blender, blend the juice, syrup, soda and ice into a slushy consistency. Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with a blood orange slice.
(Serve up a daquiri cocktail spin with 1 oz. of dark rum.)
