Scentsy believes in the power of diversity and inclusion. So, we invite everyone to join us in celebrating International Women’s Day on March 8 and the richness that comes from embracing equity and the unique perspectives and gifts of every individual.
The day is set aside each year to mark the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women, as well as a call to action to keep moving forward with gender equality. International Women’s Day has occurred for more than 100 years and is not specific to one country, group or organization.
This year’s theme is Inspire Inclusion, which is particularly fitting for today’s world. It raises the question, what does that theme mean to Scentsy and to you?
Everyone matters
One of Scentsy’s core philosophies is authenticity, or, “come as you are.” It’s critical in a company with hundreds of thousands of Independent Consultants — primarily women. It means creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued and empowered. It means breaking barriers and fostering a culture where diverse people contribute to our collective success.
