Servings: 1

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 lime wedge
  • ice cubes
  • 6 tablespoons strawberry puree
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 strawberry, cut in half

To give your cosmo a kick, add 2 ounces vodka per serving.

Sprinkle sugar on saucer or small plate. Rub rim of chilled martini glass with lime wedge to moisten; dip rim of glass in sugar. In cocktail shaker with ice, shake strawberry puree, simple syrup and lime juice until blended. Pour into glass, straining out ice. Garnish with strawberry.

Servings: 1

  • 8 mint leaves
  • 3 ounces lime juice
  • 1-1/2 ounces sugar syrup
  • crushed ice
  • 2 ounces club soda
  • extra mint leaves or lime wedges

To maximize your mojito, add 1-1/2 ounces white rum per serving.

In the bottom of a pint glass, lightly mash the mint leaves, lime juice and sugar syrup using a muddle stick or wooden pestle, being careful not to tear the leaves. Add ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with mint leaves or lime wedges.
